Pagosa Springs White Water Rafting & Tubing

Really enjoyed our experience (3 adults, 2x 5-y.o.) and would rent here again. Great location near the town park and the hot springs- makes it easy to return after a few rides down the river. Staff was very helpful selecting the right set of tubes and life preservers, ensuring that we didn’t do anything silly like take glasses or phones or car keys on the river. Also gave great advice for where to put in, where the river can be tricky, and the best spots for landing.

What a hoot. We felt like kids again. We really enjoyed doing a double tube. Easy to book. It's right across the street from the river. Easy access. A world of fun. Tubing on the San Juan River.

We had a great time using Pagosa Outside for our tubing trip while in Pagosa Springs! We chose the option with the shuttle which was super worth it, minimal walking and they have good advice/information. Tubes are all super thick nice quality. Would use this company again if we are ever in Pagosa Springs. They also took pictures of us on the river at the first falls for no extra cost with the booking we chose which was super fun!

We absolutely loved this trip! We used the shuttle and went tubing down the San Juan river. Our driver showed us clearly were we would get out after our float ( plus other fun things in the area). They included EVERYTHING we needed in the package, and super cool pictures for us to enjoy at the end of the day. Thank you Pagosa Outside for a super fun time!

We stopped in Pagosa Springs specifically to try river tubing, and we were NOT disappointed! We are two families with 3 teenage boys and we absolutely enjoyed the experience start to finish and even went twice down the river. The water level ranged from 3 to 6 feet and 4 out of 7 of us flipped - but it was more hilarious than scary for sure! We had a GoPro with us and we have laughed multiple times at the footage of our floats down the river. Pagosa Outside was well set up, the shuttle drivers were great, and the whole experience was awesome!! Tip: there was designated RV parking on Main street right across from the store, a real bonus when you are travelling in a 34' class A motorhome. Highly recommend this activity for families with teenagers!

I took my 7 and 9 year old white water rafting for the first time with Pagosa Outside. We did their 2 hour trip through town and the kids and I had so much fun we came back two days later to do their 4 hour trip through Mesa Canyon. Our guides on both trips were fun/supportive and knew their job well. Was very glad that they could give my kids such an awesome introduction to rafting and what may well be a lifelong hobby.

First trip down the river for my family & we had a blast! Can't say enough good things about our guide, Becca, & the rest of the crew with Pagosa Outside. Would definitely recommend them for your adventure & we will most definitely return for many more adventures ourselves!

The Mesa Canyon trip was a perfect fit for our 11 and 12 year olds. It was great for beginners with just enough paddling and getting wet. Ashton was a knowledgeable and fun guide and we even got to see a bear! We made memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back!

We went white water rafting in 2 rafts with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 7-14 years old. We went end of May. I was soo worried we would freeze but they supplied us with rain shedding jackets pants and waterproof shoes! It was soo helpful. We went down the Mesa section of river and it was perfect for our group. There were plenty of fun thrills for the entire group but safe enough for the kids. We had a very timid 8 year old before we started that was begging for more by the time we were finished. I would recommend it to family and friends and we would do it again! The guides were very fun and had lots of tips for us for the rest of our vacation

We had such a blast. Our guide was really fun and entertaining. The route we took was West Fork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trip. It's stunning and exciting. We really loved this and will come back every year. Great Crew!

Rafting was a lot of fun with these guys. Everyone we dealt with was professional and you can tell they love what they do. James was an excellent guide and the rest of the staff was awesome. I can't wait to do another trip with Pagosa Outside
